Returns

At POÉTIQUE, our goal is to create products of exceptional quality and design, and we strive to ensure our customers will be completely satisfied with their purchase. 

As purveyors of paper crafted goods, we understand the delicate nature of our products and their susceptibility to their environments and the manner in which they are handled.

As such, great care is taken at each step from production and packaging, to packing and dispatch, to ensure you receive your goods in excellent condition.

In the rare event that your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly replace it with a new one free of charge.

To return faulty or damaged goods:

1. The item/items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
2. The product(s) must be new; i.e. unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. 
3. Email us at hello@poetiquestudio.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 
4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. POÉTIQUE cannot be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.

Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the event that you change your mind after purchase.
